All three venues can be hired in isolation form each other.

Old School Hall & Committee Room

​Available for hire for Children's Parties and other activities in conjunction with the Committee Room.

(Sorry - we are unable to accommodate teenage / adult parties or discos due to our location in a residential area.)

External Facilities:

  • Enclosed area accessed from patio doors.

  • Disabled access from the main front entrance.

Internal Facilities:

  • Old School Hall

    • 34 feet by 22 feet (10.4m x 6.7m) hall

    • Suspended maple floor

    • Pull down projector screen

  • Committee Room​

    • Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, gas hob, cooker, microwave, Tea Urn

    • WC.


Sculptor's Hall
Predominantly for hire for sports & dance.

External Facilities:

  • Direct access to rear car park

  • Disabled access from the 'disabled door' at the front of the building

Internal Facilities:

  • 48 feet by 27 feet (14.6m x 8.2m)  hall 

  • Maple floor

  • Full fluorescent lighting, and dimmable spots

  • Pull down projector screen

  • Mirrored rear wall - electrically operated curtains.

  • Self contained fully-fitted kitchen with fridge, gas hob, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, tea urn is directly off this hall.​

  • This hall has a bluetooth linked speakers.

The Studio

Available for hire as an independent unit (or in conjunction with the Old School Hall.

​

This facility is fitted out to provide a great space for meetings, tutoring, small group classes, 'home office', music practice etc.

​External Facilities:

  • Disabled access from The Studio entrrance (via a small portable ramp).

Internal Facilities:

  • 22 feet by 16 feet (6.2m x 4.9m)

  • Kitchenette with fridge and kettle

  • Disabled WC

  • Lots of power points

  • Vinyl floor

General Facilities

We have the following general facilities

  • Car park at the rear for 15 cars

  • Cycle rack at the front of the building.

  • Bluetooth linked portable speaker / sound system

  • Staging (requires pre-booking and putting up / taking down)

  • Flip chart board

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
North Holmwood Village Hall will endeavour to be fully compliant with GDPR. Personal data held will be that given to North Holmwood Village Hall through e-mail, phone or other media. It will be retained in one or more of the following media: Hall Manager's mobile phone, Hall Manager's desktop computer and paper, Chairman's desktop computer and paper. Its usage will be entirely for contact between North Holmwood Village Hall and the person concerned. The only 3rd party who will receive any data will be the Charity Commisioners within the Annual Submission, and this will be that of the members of the Council of Management. North Holmwood Village Hall will provide a copy of all data held within 40 days of a written request.
